Average period of active clients in a contemporary broking firm is about a year but under our relationship we have been managing active clients for a period of more than 10 years till date which is a remarkable achievement in the industry and shows our performance and trust built over many years.

Since last 15 long years we have partnered and associated with Kotak securities ltd. for our stock broking division.
We have been appointed as Authorised person (AP) by NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA LTD. and BOMBAY STOCK EXCHANGE OF INDIA LTD. under JUPITER ENTERPRISES (PART OF PINNACLE GROUP) In accordance with SEBI (Stock Broker and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 under SEBI Act, 1992.Through circular no. MIRSD/DR-1/Cir-18/09 dated November 06, 2009.
We are also registered as Mutual fund distributor with ASSOCIATION OF MUTUAL FUNDS IN INDIA (AMFI – a division of SEBI, ministry of finance, govt of India)
Our History
- Pinnacle Finance was established by textile conglomerate Arvind Mills in 1989, as a non fund based trade finance & debt Syndication Company.
- It set up Branch network in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Pune with a corporate office in Mumbai.
- Leveraging on its fund based business presence it aggressively embarked on non fund based activity for which it was originally established.
- In the year 2000 Pinnacle finance got separated from the Arvind mills group and the finance business was taken over by three senior employees’ viz. Vikas Kadam, Yogesh Khedgaonkar & Siddharth Banerjee.
- In 2002, established Mutual fund distribution and equity broking business catering to the HNI’s.
